For those of you who don’t know, I adore children with special needs and their families. Living with my own unique kiddo has given me great opportunity to learn creative ways to work with kids who have similar challenges. Because I know how tricky it can be to get THAT photo that parents wants is the reason that I started a subdivision of my photography business called SpecialT. SpecialT focuses on helping other photographers take on the call to create beautiful images for these families who face these challenges. Although SpecialT is under some minor reorganization, I continue to be a special needs photographer for some pretty awesome families.

I am lucky to have several families who continue to come back to me year after year. I truly enjoy seeing how these kiddos grow and change. I get excited at their progress and celebrate their victories. This is the third time I have photographed this family, and I hope I have the pleasure of working with them for many more years.
