I met the Clift family through a mutual friend about a year or so ago, but that’s not how this session came to be. Another friend (and long time client) asked me if I would donate a package to their school fundraiser, so of course I said yes. I had no idea that these new clients lived in that area or went to that school until I heard from our mutual friend that Mrs. Clift had won the auction item! Did that make any sense?

Anyways, I was excited that the Clift family won and that I would be photographing their family. In our conversations, they seemed open to just about anything and they had lots of ideas themselves. From location to wardrobe selection, it was  great time from start to finish.

On the day of the session, they showed up looking awesome, coordinated rather than matchy matchy. And everyone was enthusiastic and full of energy. As an added bonus, I was able to photograph in one of my favorite towns.
