The other day I was reviewing all of the babies that I have photographed over the past year and thought I should share a little slideshow of some of my favorite images that I created with some very cute and tiny people. Then I started to think, that I just need to wrap a mini maternity session in with the reservation of your newborn session. So that is what I am doing! For the rest of April and May, you will receive a complementary Mini Maternity Session with the booking of your newborn session. Maternity sessions typically take place between 32-36 weeks. Mini sessions are 20-30 minutes in Corona. Newborn are photographed under 10 days old. How sweet would it be to have the ‘before’ and ‘after’? Want to peak at some ‘afters’? Or does it just make you want to have another? .jpg)                         
      Have you thought about having your family photographed but you just aren’t sure what kind of images you might see? Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing sample sessions from the different kinds of sessions that I offer – newborn, family (natural location), family (urban location), mini session & stylized/themed. This week sample session is a signature family session in a natural location. The signature session features a custom-styled shoot at a location that is appropriate for the kind of portraits you would like. Between twenty-five and thirty portraits will be presented in your private gallery featuring detailed, artistic processing of each image. {Please note, some of these images are horizontal and have been cropped to fit in the template only for presentation in this blog post. Full frame images are presented to each client.}

This little guy was not originally on my Baby’s First Year Plan, but I worked some magic at his first session and his mama was hooked. Fun for me that I get to see him throughout his first year and document his milestones! Awesome for his mom and dad that they have all those things that go by so quickly, captured forever. We met over at one of my favorite local spots. I’m sure many of you recognize it. I love it because there are endless spots that make the perfect backdrop. Since my little friend is now doing things like pulling to stand, crawling as fast a race car, and waving at nice ladies walking by us, I wanted to give him a space to show off his new skills. And he did just that. How awesome is his perfectly round, bald head and variety of expressions? He’s just edible. Enjoy!
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of spending a few days with a local preschool to take their school portraits. These are not your usual school portraits, but rather a high energy super mini session filled with toothy grins, sweet smiles, quiet giggles, belly laughs, and lots of shiny eyes. It was a fun, fast-paced (about 200+kids in 2 days), crazy couple of days. I also had the opportunity to shoot inside and out, so each day was a little different. Here are just a few samples of the super cute and fun kids that I spent time with that week.
