I always look forward to 1 year old sessions because it involves cake. I love cake. My family knows I love cake. But I also enjoy watching little tiny people inspect, smash and enjoy a special little 1 year milestone cake. You never know what they are going to do with it. Some like to smash it right away (that’s more my style) and others tend to inspect and try to figure out a clever way in to the goodness.

For this session, we took a little trip over to a little field I know and then we went to our studio setup for birthday banners, cakes and silly grins.
